1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ClawCash (“the Service”), operated by Mad Money Academy LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You may only maintain one account per person
  • You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

3. How ClawCash Works

ClawCash is a rewards platform that connects you with offers, surveys, and tasks from our partner networks. You earn “Claws” (our virtual currency) by completing these activities. Claws can be converted to real money and cashed out through various payment methods.

Exchange Rate: 100 Claws = $1.00 USD

4. Earning & Offer Completion

  • Earnings are credited after our partner networks confirm your completion
  • Credit times vary by offer and partner (typically minutes to 24 hours)
  • You must fully complete offers according to their stated requirements
  • Partial completions are not eligible for rewards
  • Offers may have geographic, device, or other eligibility restrictions

5. The ClawCash Guarantee

If you complete an offer as instructed but do not receive credit, you may submit a dispute with proof of completion. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, credit your account while we pursue the matter with our partner network. This guarantee is subject to our fraud prevention policies and may be limited or revoked for users with excessive or suspicious dispute patterns.

6. Payouts & Cashouts

  • Zero Minimum: There is no minimum payout threshold
  • Zero Fees: We do not charge fees on cashouts
  • Available methods include PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, gift cards, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency
  • Processing times vary by method (typically 1-3 business days)
  • We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts pending fraud review
  • You are responsible for any taxes on earnings

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts or use false identities
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete offers
  • Manipulate or exploit the referral system
  • Submit fraudulent completion claims or fabricated evidence
  • Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
  • Engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Service or our partners
  • Reverse, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or abuse of the Service. Suspended accounts may have their balance forfeited. You may appeal by contacting support.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party offer wall providers and payment processors. Your interactions with these services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ClawCash is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

The ClawCash name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Mad Money Academy LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that offers will always be available, that earnings will be credited without delay, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mad Money Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost earnings or missed offer completions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
